i don't know why i do it to myself.... i think i unconsciously pick books off the shelf that i know will make me cringe. *smacks self* i know so many people who can do so much better than that, it's kind of depressing.

It's -10 here currently with the wind chill. I just had to go outside and stop our neighbor's trash barrels from rolling all around the street. It's OMG COLD AND WINDY.

I want to write apocafic and it's your fault. I LOVE post-apoc fanfic (you probably know that already) but until you started posting some it NEVER occured to me that I could write post-apoc ORIGINAL fic. Heck, I could write SLASH POST-APOC FIC. *Boggles*

I've been hearing -17 with the windchill, and having been out at lunch time, I'd totally buy that.

yes it does rattle - we have this little thing above the front door and I don't think it is very secure, it catches and makes a weird humming noise :/

Our windows rattled like crazy last night. It was more than a little spooky.

If you want to borrow any LKH smut, I've got all of the Anita Blake paperbacks. ::is ashamed of self:: In my defense, they make great mindless train reading for long-distance trips.

i started to get a little worried, actually, and was really glad i'd put plastic over my windows. because otherwise i would've died of draft. O.O

but i don't really want to read any of her books. i'm just curious about the smut. i think about twenty minutes or a half hour in a bookstore should do it. i just got distracted this time.

and the first person who comments casually that it always gets that cold where they live or where they grew up will be summarily smacked with a frozen trout.

It NEVER gets that cold here. In fact, today, I went without my jacket. I had to put my hair up upon coming back from lunch because I was too warm. :D :D :D *ducks*
