hey there, I hope you had a happy feast! We are having the last of our latkes this morning : beet, sweet potato, and potato-- my hubby loves to grate root vegetables. they were amazing

i've never had beet latkes! sounds weird but potentially delicious. also, purple. :D i bet the sweet potato ones were good.

and we always panic the first time, like no one remembers this happens every year. altho since we already had the first snow (in OCTOBER) there was a lot less panic. i love that you made a snowman even tho you didn't get much snow. where there's a will there's a snowman.

i hope your goldfish isn't too cramped. altho if you released her into a lake she'd have more room.... >:D if you're taking care of her at home, do office rules still apply?
