That does seem a very bad time, commercially speaking, to open any business - unless it's making face masks or something.

it might have been in the works for a long time and they didn't have to do any construction (since all the construction projects have shut down too), so they figured they may as well go for it and open up. i might try to walk by tomorrow if the weather's good, and see if they're open on weekends and what they have. and maybe ask why they thought now was a good time to open....
