Don't worry about your new person mentor role - you already know more than she does and it's actually good to have someone who's recently new themselves be the one to show you round because the recently new person will be closer to your own feelings and will also remember what was important right at the beginning, which an old hand probably wouldn't.

this is a great way to frame it that i really appreciate but i'm still kinda freaking out. O.O i think it will be ok, it's just A LOT.
