bang draft is done and i need to be in bed

my bang is away! it's SUCH a first draft, and i kind of pulled an ending out of my ass, but at least it has an ending which means i have something to work with when i start editing. there are two things i wanted to put in it that i couldn't find places for, but maybe on the second pass. and in any case, it's (barely) in before the deadline

Also, before I forget, I think I figured out what the crackerjack noise was at the end of Endgame. I think it's an anvil, calling back to Iron Man, sort of like a mic drop.

that would make sense! bring everything back to the first movie, like tony telling thanos "i am iron man".

A friend said his only regret at the end of the movie was that the line wasn't "I am a massive pain in the ass". Not the same callback, but man, isn't it exactly Tony Stark Distilled?

That potato looks...interesting. I had to click through to the AirBnB listing to get the full effect, and work out where the bathroom was!

i'm not surprised no one left a note. i parked near a ballfield and for all i know someone hit the ball way out of the field and figured it was just gone, and no one bothered to look for it or to notice that they'd smashed my rear window.

i wondered where the bathroom was too! it looks like a very nice outhouse. personally i think it should be shaped like a tub of butter or sour cream.
