the very special partner is at conferences and meetings from today through i think next tuesday, and i'm very excited about that. i still expect her to email me about dumb shit, but at least she can't walk by my desk and ask if i've reconciled her credit card statements with her expense reports yet. which, seriously, that shouldn't be my job.
