yesterday i saw the cutest dog on the t. he was orange and white and looked like a shih tzu and his name was russell, and i could not get over how adorable he was. (i know his name because i told his person how cute he was, and she said thank you and "his name is russell".) he tried to sit on a seat on the train. his person told him no. he ( Read more... )

All that poor lost cookie dough, never to be turned into cookies.

Holy COW that's a lot of comics. I can't fathom buying that many, even if they were probably 15 or 25 cents each when he started. I hope he has a good will with a museum or something planned to take over that collection.

What an adventure over being locked out! Yikes! Glad it worked out in the end

a truck dumping a load of cookie dough on the highway is such a waste of cookie dough. all those cookies, never to be baked. sigh.

the guy's got kids and i wonder if any of them inherited his comics love, or if they'll want to inherit his comics. because yeah, what kind of arrangements has he made for his collection for when he dies? he really needs to make arrangements.

that was at least the third time i've locked myself out. i don't think i'm adventurous to want to do it again.

Wow that was a LOT of cookie dough.
I feel for you locking yourself out - I've done that twice recently! Luckily my hubby works 15 minutes walk away, and I had my phone on me, so I was able to call him out. LOL

so much cookie dough, so many cookies lost. *moment of silence*

i did actually text one of my friends to ask if i'd ever given her a spare set of keys (i couldn't remember if i had or not - i have a spare set of hers), because she lives close enough she could've driven them over, but she was out of town. >.< at least i had my phone.

I would forever lock myself out of the house if I had to remember keys. I come in the the garage door which opens with a code. I need a sign to remind me to turn off the alarm when I leave. I don't need to have the police show up here again because I forgot!

I hate forgetting my earrings! Even though my hair is longish and you can't even tell whether or not I have them on.

i never had a key to my parents' house because we always did the same thing, walked in through the garage and just used the code to open the garage door. they always left the door between the kitchen and the garage unlocked, even when they went out of town.

>>I don't need to have the police show up here again because I forgot!<<

that probably shouldn't make me laugh, but it did.

i fiddle with my earrings a lot, so not only did i feel half naked, i needed to find something else to fidget with!

I know that half-naked feeling! LOL. Getting locked out is one of the most strangely frustrating experiences a person can have.

i fiddle with my earrings a lot so i realized i wasn't wearing any when i was walking to the bus in the morning, and i was not going to go home and put some in. it's so weird to feel half-dressed when the only thing you're missing is jewelry!

oh! and! i started watching the terror, but so far i've only seen the pilot. it's already creepy (and a little gross, with the ship's doctor cutting open the kid who died) and i'm liking it.

The Terror!!!!! OMFG. This show. BEST THING I HAVE EVER EVER SEEN.

I forget my earrings more often than I like, so I've taken to stashing a pair in my car and another in my purse. LOL. I HATE being without.
