I love the dog poem. Yay for successful banging! I'm looking forward to seeing the summaries though I'm going to have to get someone else to claim for me as I'll be in the middle of JIBcon on claims day.

it's a very long poem - i don't think rick bass is actually a poet, i mean i think he's a novelist - but it's my favorite thing to post for poetry month. i post it every year. arf. :D

i'm looking forward to the summaries too! altho i admit that's partly because i can be kinda judgey, and bangs are an excellent place to let the judgeypants out. this possibly makes me a terrible person, but i figure someone's judging my summary too. there are always summaries that sound fascinating, tho. there's always something that totally piques my interest, and at least one that makes me wish i could draw.

Ha ha I'm a summary judgeypants too. I don't want to end up having to read though 20k+ of turgid prose trying to find some decent imagery to draw. LOL

it's reassuring that he's still so... him. and i kind of like joan's clothes, altho yeah, sometimes she hits that "what are you WEARING?" button a little too hard.
