i loved the story about the goats. they're such weird creatures! i wonder why one of them managed to turn around and the other didn't. and now that it's finally spring, i had to share.

The 100 science is pretty silly for the most part, but I think the in-universe reason why at least Clarke can survive the irradiated stuff in the Valley is because she is immune, right? That doesn't explain the birds. Vultures are the highest-flying birds, though, so perhaps they survived praimfaya by flying over it. Then they landed and... nope, doesn't make sense 🤔

someone said that on dreamwidth too, that clarke isn't affected by the radiation because she's a nightblood. explains how maddy could survive too. but no, the rest of the science makes approximately zero sense. i need to learn how to handwave better.

I'm glad the big bang is going so well! I still can't fathom writing anything that long, and you've got bunches of them under your belt.

We're a couple of episodes behind on iZombie, but we're not liking the darker direction the show has taken this season. It used to be fun and escapist, and now it's tragedy and sadness almost every week. BUT... Ravi IS still the cutest. ;)

i wouldn't say the bang is going well, but the draft is finished. there's nano, too, if you want to talk about long fics. but i don't bother to edit those.

izombie does not get less dark, altho it still has a lot of fun bits. i mean, liv on the brain of the week is generally pretty fun. there isn't enough ravi&major - they're my platonic otp - even if ravi continues to be THE CUTEST. but yeah, it's darker than it was, altho i think it always had a dark undertone.
