i used to live on long island, and when people came to visit we'd go into the city and do touristy shit. there's so much i haven't seen, tho.

cheap and portable! altho if you don't speak the local language and the nice postal clerk doesn't speak english, there's a lot of pointing. i can only say "i kind of collect stamps and i'd like some to keep, not put on postcards" in one language, y'know? when my parents travel out of the country i always ask them to bring me back stamps and comics, and my mom always has a lot of fun with it.
