People in certain doses are okay - I actually don't mind reference most of the time. For me, it's the teaching and the schedule (constantly being scheduled by multiple people and running from one thing to the next all day). Well, and also the commute, which sucks. I'd love to find something I could do from home - then I could have a dog! And a whole lot less stress!
