I never leave comments on stories, mostly because I feel like if I don't have something profound to say no one will care, but I loved this story so much I could not resist. Amazing, amazing job! This is my favorite sub-culture that america has ever produced, and you captured it perfectly. The music both referenced in the story and on the sound track is the music I listened to my whole life, and I love how committed you were to that music and the lifestyle that went with it. Love, love, love it. Thanks for the great read.

i love this comment! ^_^ this is one of the best comments. seriously, thank you, i'm super flattered. and i'm so happy you liked the fic! i remembered some of the time period and some of the music, but there was definitely some research involved, and it's really gratifying to know i got it right. (i may or may not have handwaved some things. ahem.)
