yesterday was claims day for spn-j2-bigbang, and i kept vanishing into my parents' bedroom (we had a mother's day brunch with a bunch of cousins) to see if i'd been claimed yet. it took a long time! and i felt like the kid waiting to be picked last for kickball! i don't know the artist who did finally pick my summary, but that's totally ok. new person to get ( Read more... )

I don't eat peanutbutter, but it's hard to give up the matzah, isn't it? Apple cake sounds wonderful. I love apples. I make a zucchini loaf. Don't think it would pass muster for Passover, though.

i still have some matzah left over and i should finish it before it gets stale, but yeah, it's kind of hard to give up. which is weird, considering it's all you can eat for a week.

the apple cake was so good. really sweet, tho.

it was so fun! paul bettany getting knocked out the first round! sebstan with the spitting! i watched it at work because i have earbuds and i just could not with him.

In all these weeks of going through boxes in the basement, I somehow missed the fact that your parents were selling their house!

Where will they be moving to? I hope closer to you and your sister and not, say... Florida. :O

i think all i've said is that they're moving, but yeah, they wanted to sell the house. and it sold!

they do in fact want to move to god's waiting room florida. sarasota, specifically. they just need to hear back from the guy who's renting the house they like. they're only half an hour from me now - i don't think i could handle them moving any closer.
