The Vikings. I just....well....huh. Nice to look at. Still not a shred of story, but this episode was so myth-heavy that I just forgave it and sat back and enjoyed the interpretations.

yeah, there's not a lot of story unless you're hanging out in wessex, and even that is mostly "judith agrees to sleep with ecbert and kwenthrith is banging aethelwulf". altho there's something going on in paris. sort of. somehow. the myth type stuff is kinda cool, tho.

I actually have a couple friends going up to Chicago for their anniversary and they're planning on visiting the Field Museum, so I forwarded the info. I'm actually not a beer drinker, but it's pretty cool!
