I was surprised to say the least by the iZombie finale. The police captain blowing himself up, the whole Major-as-Dirty-Harry thing, the using the cure up like she did... Oh, and Peyton still being missing too. Gotta say, glad it got renewed and I hope tptb know what happens next!
i was not expecting pretty much anything that happened. altho i'm sadly not surprised that we didn't see peyton. but who can blame her! her best friend is the walking undead. but the police captain blowing up himself AND meat cute? liv using the zombie cure on major and blaine? surprise! i'm really glad it got renewed too.
I'm really not sure how I feel about the season finale. I've loved the show! It's got some seriously great writing! But...I dunno. Finale just seemed really jumbled. Too much happening.
Glad it's coming back for a second season though. I have great love for Rose McIver and David Anders...mostly because of Once Upon a Time. So part of iZombie's appeal for me is that this is the weirdest OUAT au ever.
i've seen comments elseweb that the finale might have been better served as a two-parter, because there was so much going on.

hee! i never watched it, but rose mciver is great as liv. and i just want to punch blaine's face in, which david anders should take as a compliment because it means he's doing a really good job playing a horrible person.
