Ditto. It wrecks my ship, of course, but given that Castiel is an angel, I just don't see him having those feelings for anyone. Not that I believe in angels, but as a concept... they should literally be above that. As in, they understand it as an intellectual concept, but the wiring is totally foreign. I feel much the same, though I could also add that there are shows I love (House, M.D.), but I never had any desire to be part of the fandom. I wasn't invested in it in that way, and yet I really don't know why. What makes you go all-in for a ( ... )

that's exactly how i feel. the thing i always liked about the angels (the only thing) was that they weren't human, and they didn't think like humans or have the same emotional responses humans did. and the best thing about castiel was that humans kinda stumped him - he didn't think like we did, and was not at all subtle about the many ways that people (and their gadgets - the voice is telling him that he's almost out of minutes :D ) baffled him. so because of all his angel-ness, and because angels are kind of effectively asexual, i could never buy him feeling any kind of romantic/sexual attractive for a person.
notp almost looks like "nope", which is how i always define it for myself. you see a pairing and just NOPE right out of there.
