the receptionist is looking for a better job, and she's leaving early to go on interviews. i don't think she gets paid more than i do, and even if she did, i don't want to do her job. her job is boring as shit. i'm a little worried that when she finally does find a new job and quits this one, they'll make me be the temporary receptionist until they can find a new one. and if they do that, i'll quit.

i guess i'm supposed to arrange my schedule around the receptionist. the thing is, if i'm busy or otherwise unavailable, there's someone else who can sit at the front desk for her. maybe i'm just supposed to arrange my day so i never have to call him? or just automatically know if he'll have to do something else so he can't cover for me.

the barbie armor is so cool! i think it's the advent of 3d printing that made it possible, because now people can make it for cheap.
