tztztz, late to work! How did that happen? And no one cared? Wow, that's kind of cool!
Sounds like you are enjoying the art very mucj, exactly what a fanartist loves. I bet yours is proud now.

To answer your other question about writing:
fanfic I usually write in English now. I don't even translate them anymore because my german fanfics don't have much readers. Original stories i still write in German, with the option to translate later

i think no one cared possibly because no one noticed, because no one needed anything from me yet. today i was on time.

i love the art! i'm so happy. i seriously won the fandom lottery.

how much of your original fic have you translated? is it just the one novel?

Uhm ... Prollogue and first Chapter? To be honest, I wasn't really motivated to translate so far. And right now I'm too busy with the second part of the Grimm-fic to do it.

i've seen that first gif (and think about that boy's shoulders and ass doing the butterfly down the length of a pool) but the whole sequence cracks me up. what a lovely way to start my morning. :D

according to twitter, all-male swim classes at the y were held naked from the 20s to the 60s. which. well. i didn't bother fact-checking because i was overcome by the thought of, er, chris evans naked. and wet. and sebastian stan naked. and wet. and it was a good thing i wasn't super busy at work and didn't have to do a lot of things that required higher thought.

OH HELLO! That's fascinating. :D

i have no idea if it's true or not, and to be honest i suspect it isn't, but does it really matter?

I like that they called the cross stitch embroiderer. I'm a fan of yarn bombing, nice twist on a fun thing!

Naked at the Y? Seems improbably...doesn't it? I guess stranger things have happened!

cross-stitch bombing! it's so fun.

according to wikipedia, the y really did have guys swim naked for decades, because they were afraid clothing fibers would clog the filters. (the filters in the pools were, uh, not good. pool technology has come a loooooong way.)
