Actually it's more than the coach knitting, apparently it's a project by the entire Finnish Olympic team- the plan is for everyone (or most of them?) to add something and then pass it on to the summer 2016 team. that's so cool! altho i question the wisdom of knitting a giant scarf for the summer olympics.... but what a neat (and slightly goofy) team project.
