i met gnomi for lunch today and the place where we went was celebrating its birthday and was thus giving out free cake. so we had cake with lunch, which was nice. chocolate cake with a layer of mousse and a dollop of whipped cream on top.

i have zero experience with heavy metal lyrics (altho i guess interlock kind of counts...) but man, that article was just pure gold. and it made me picture a bunch of stereotypical heavy metal dudes in all their black and hair and leather sitting around a table in a chinese restaurant going "you know, this bok choy really isn't very good". and then later getting on a stage and screaming about CASTIGATING THE VERDANT ISSUANCE OF THE SOILS OF JIANGNAN!!
