they do! they're into s5 now but still, SO YOUNG.

oh man, graduation was such a good episode. i only own s1 and s2 and should possibly consider getting my hands on s3. i loved the mayor. the mayor was creepy and norman rockwelly and just fabulous.

S3 was my favorite. It was perfect- Faith, the Mayor, Oz, Cordy. All of them. Plus the B/A angst was at its peak and DBo looked so GOOD.

I miss Buffy. Show, character, all of it.

now they're showing the body, which i think was the first episode of any tv show that i knew i could never watch again. so i have changed the channel.

Interesting day. Love all the details and photos.
Tell me that you just ate the frosting off your cupcake and didn't really get a cup of frosting.
Yea for first pass through on your bigbang. Really like epilogues. It's nice to see the characters after the action is wrapped up. Stories need a cool down from their exercise too.

the startled broccoli and the angry durian were the best.

no, i really just had a cup of frosting. the cupcake place sells it in little plastic condiment cups. the little containers even have lids in case you want your frosting to go. i had a huge brunch and wasn't hungry for a cupcake, but i really wanted something sweet. so, cup o' frosting. :D

last year's bigbang was essentially 27k words of prologue, so i'm kind of due for an epilogue. i feel forced to research public transportation in la in the 30s, tho. i mean, bus, streetcar, what?

i have! which helped some. i'm going to handwave some of it just because ultimately i'd rather have it done than have it be strictly historically accurate.

Artbeat sounds like a lot of fun - and you were in excellent company for it.

*sends cool thoughts*

does anyone actually go for the comics any more?

Sadly, not even the studios go for the comics any more. Which is why I don't miss not be able to go again.

that's so disappointing. a comic book was actually my first online fandom - i was on a mailing list - and we used to gather at wizardworld chicago. i always wanted to go to san diego because it was, like, THE comicon, but i didn't want to go by myself and could never find anyone to go with me. apparently the time has passed when it would have been worth my while. i'm bummed.
