today is my parents' anniversary. i know i've told the story of how they met - my mom's brother and sister-in-law lived down the street from my dad's brother and sister-in-law, and the sisters-in-law knew each other from a neighborhood bridge game - but apparently my aunt pat, who was my dad's sister-in-law, talked him up to my mom a couple months

The Dallas library has a whole floor dedicated to Texas history, including a sizeable collection on Bonnie and Clyde. I AM JUST SAYING.
