Yes! That was my first thought when they said disease.
The real estate agent and the antiques guy with the noticeable Canadian accent both looked familiar to me in some vague way. I'm assuming they've been all over my Vancouver shows.
didn't they touch on some kind of wide-scale infecting somethingorother in an earlier episode? altho if we do end up getting croatoan-style infection, i'll be really disappointed if there's no call-back to s2.
the antique store guy looked familiar too! but i figured he just looked like someone. i'm sure i've seen the real estate agent in something, tho.
croatoan was set in oregon too? i thought it was virginia. now if they'd just, you know, put two and two together and realize hey, we've been here before.... (and when they had to deal with the croatoan virus, sam was mr potential-darkside-with-the-visions, and now he's mr suffering-from-lucifervision! which, ok, not a super close comparison, but still. sam all wonky in the head!)
(i can't believe the boys were in portland and no one thought to mention voodoo doughnut! their giant doughnut is such a dean pastry.)
Yup, Croatoan was in Oregon. I notice that stuff when it's close by. It's probably a coincidence but wouldn't it be cool?
OMG THE GIANT DOUGHNUT! How do you know about Voodoo doughnuts? I thought it was a local thing. I kept waiting for Dean to notice that he was in the same city as the voodoo doughnuts place and the highest concentration of strip joints per square mile.
i did eventually figure it out, mostly because every time i think an actor from spn looks familiar, it's usually because i've already seen them on cm. i even have a chart. :D
oh god, that icon. i love cute boys in nerdy glasses.

the highest concentration of strip joints is in PORTLAND? no kidding! man, the spn ptb really need to do their location-specific homework.
