i'm not sure if i want her to come back or not. i mean, i want to see prentiss on my tv, but i don't trust the ptb to not screw up her return. besides, if she does come back the team will have to deal with the fact that hotch and jj lied to them about her being alive. and also i think ian's still out and about, so they'd have to do something about him - catch or kill, i guess - so she actually can come back. but also i was kind of looking forward to seeing paget do comedy!
Yeah, I feel the same way about it. On the one hand, I love Prentiss and I feel the show is MUCH, MUCH poorer without her. Even poorer than I thought it is/was without JJ/AJ. But my faith in the show as a commodity has been badly shaken and, frankly, I'm not sure I want her to go back or HAVE to go back to a show that treated her so badly.
I was definitely interested in seeing her do a different kind of role, though most sitcoms are predicated on humiliation humor, which leaves me cold.
celli is my favorite chicago accountant, but i don't think i have a favorite us accountant. and having a favorite dodgy canadian lawyer can come in handy!
