yesterday tamalinn and her boyfriend had a norwegian christmas brunch - as he is norwegian - and i ate a lot of bread and cheese (the bread was so good, omg) and tried lutefisk. which was inoffensive in taste and vaguely offensive in texture, but overall not as horrifying as i was prepared for.

Donovan took one look at the tree with his presents under, and made a beeline for the sheet of large-form bubblewrap on the other side of the room. I have a pic of him karate-chopping the bubbles. Small children are like unto cats in that regard.
