I now have a nine-inch pie pan! It's glass, with some kind of coating on it that makes it nonstick... it was on clearance, and I didn't have one. But more than pie, I want your quiche recipes :D Bonus if crustless!

my quiche is as thus: three eggs, 1 1/3 cup light cream (if you don't have enough cream, milk works too), at least a cup of shredded cheese - i use swiss - and whatever fillings make you happy. cook the veggies first. bake at 375º for 40-45 minutes or until the middle is nice and set. (i stick the crust in the oven by itself for like eight minutes so it doesn't get soggy.) i don't know how it would work if you just poured the filling in the pie pan and baked it without a crust. it might be ok.
