And you know what? Necrophilia was already canon on this show (the zombie girl), so I honestly wasn't even that grossed out. Just disappointed that Dean didn't make any fucking-a-popsicle jokes.

i wasn't grossed out, just... kind of disappointed. but not surprised. possibly dean was too much in need of brain bleach to make any jokes....

that was my theory too. it makes as much sense as anything else. and i kinda like that these angels are so... bloodthirsty.

Castiel has really got to learn how to lie. Memo to Castiel: Next time, instead of saying "We're going to KILL HER and chop her up into tiny bits and send each bit to a different ZIP code!!!11!" you might try saying "We're going to keep her safe and watch over her." Watch the Grinch, especially when he tells Cindy Lou Who that he's going to take her Christmas tree away, fix it and bring it back. That's the delivery you're aiming for.

It seems like these angels are already on a slippery slope, and all's fair in love and war, so how bad could it be to lie?

I totally agree that Sam didn't *look* right in his binge period. But I'm going to put it down to some unfortunate acting choices on JP's part. Don't hurt me.

hey, it's a valid point. i'm willing to go with "bad acting choices" or "bad directing choices" as well as "bad writing choices". i kept flashing back to sam's drunk scene in playthings, and how it took me longer than it should have to realize he was wasted and not, i dunno, possessed.

The thing that always gets me is when the crd always asks: "So, ya here to make a deal?" For what other purpose does one summon a crd?
