…First off, the animation is exceptionally superb at some points.
Second off, the music just plain rocked. The tracks came at the right moment and gave the entire movie the suitable setting. With stereo speakers on, it definitely felt like I was right at the cinema watching it (with the exception that I was resting on my bed while doing so).

Right I haven't read the whole post yet but I gotta leave now so a quick comment.

I think for those who achieved bankai, it's not entirely necessary to shout out the release phrase for their shika 'cuz in bleach if you remember back to when renji fights byakuya, he released zabimaru without chanting the release phrase and byakuya was like... it can't be... kinda thing, cuz it meants the person has achieved bankai. renji confirms it too.
