I'm rather curious as to how I get -13 points when I didn't submit D:. Isn't that a bit unfair o_O?

I was stricken by IRL conditions for not submitting - the saddening thing is I actually made the icon D:. My internet was down all weekend (It's still down - I'm at school now). Which is sadfax, since I loved my icon *sigh* XD Anyway, apologies for not submitting!!

'-13' isn't points. It's negatives. No, it's made fair, because everyone else in the contest also gets negatives. It goes all the way down from 1 to whatever number, which was twelve for least favourite, ie., Sakura - there were five people that didn't submit, so they all recieved one negative more (13) than the person who got least favourite.

Negatives are there for elimination purposes. Whoever two people have the highest negatives on round 3, 5, 7, and so on will be dropped from the contest.

Since you've told me about it for this week, if you don't submit this week, I'll somehow make it so you get either half the negatives or a point. Or something. :)
