Yeah. On the nights before a full moon, the White Lady hovers over the bed and dangles herself from an imaginary noose. That's where she committed suicide. It was in #11, but because everyone wanted to pretend like it never happened, they rearranged some of the numbers of the apartments. Rumor has it that yours might be it, BUT NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE.
