Haruhi isn't just a cool anime, is unique so to speak. And yes sure some will say everyone has a diff preference towards anime but for the most recently released animes, this is by far the best i've watched. As far as being a Haruhi-tard, nothing wrong being that and it is at least better than fawning over female chars that just oozes cuteness and nothing else more :P.
