I still can't even believe how cute they were *o* I thought I'd never in a million years get a chance to see them in person, but I did! I'm still a bit shocked, and they were such sweethearts ;3;

Lol at the guitarist from Gelatine, the way he talked cracked me up xDD And those guitar pick fights were...something else.

But back to Sachi and Yuka, OMG SO CUTE I COULD MELT...yea lol

I should totally frame my poster, it would make it all the more special :)

And I hope I get to meet you again soon too! ♥

I totally get what you mean! I seriously stalk their yaplog blogs and when I read the announcement on egl that they were performing at NYAF I almost screamed, bahahaa. Hearing them speak English was the cutest thing ever!
I got a pack of two pretty frames from Costco for about 14 dollars, they are jet black but they have really pretty carved detailing on the edges. Ahaha, I need to get more to frame the rest!

The guitarist, omg, his voice... I didn't know that an octave THAT deep was possible!! That was so crazy I almost died laughing when he said: I have sweat in my eyes... it is like I am crying.

I hope to meet you soon as well! Are you going to the Dances of Vice? Maybe I'll see you there!

Well, I just found out about the Disney meetup on egl, and I am most definitely going to that! I'm thinking something Cruella de Vil inspired, bahaha! Are you going as well?

they are hilarious and adorable and i love them so much. i didn't really like their music when i first found out about them but then i went to a concert they did in paris in 2007 because a friend was going and it only cost 5€ lol, and i completely and utterly fell in love. there's something so whimsical and fascinating and enchanting about them but they're still so sweet and down to earth and approachable! i went to a tea party to celebrate Yuka's birthday back in april and it was super fun. i just wish i could communicate with them more freely when i get to see them, the language barrier is super frustrating :c

tbh, seeing Sachi pretty much got me into lolita! It was raining really hard in New York City, and I went into some Japanese bookstore for shelter. I ended up browsing the books and the moment I saw her street snaps in some really old GLB, I feel in love! ahah since then, Sachi kind of has had a place in my heart ahahah!

Their music is definitely better live than recorded. The first time I heard it, I thought I couldn't stand it ahahah! It kind of grows on you! awww, I'm so jealous that you got to celebrate her birthday! Yuka seems more well versed in languages compared to Sachi, though >: Ahhaa, they have to get Rosetta Stone or something! One day, I must make the trek to Japan and visit their cafe *_____*

I'm so sorry for replying so late! I haven't been on LJ in a couple of days, ahah! If you think you are creepy for noticing that Maki and Asuka have different hugs, I must be like the ultimate creeper ahahah! When Sachi complimented my fur stole and pet it, I pretty much blushed for like... the next hour ahahahh! They just have a certain presence that makes it hard to take notice, you know? btw I'm so jealous that you got to see Maki and Asuka! I was pretty much drooling over the PMX pictures! It definitely shows from the pictures that Asuka is more touchy-feely as opposed to Maki ( ... )
