One of the tough things about recovery is being stuck at home.. alone. Most days I miss having a furry critter of some sort but in these days of recovery I have been jonesing for a pet so badly. *sigh* Once we move in the Spring to a larger place (hopefully a house) we'll look into the prospect of pet. I'm sorry.. Thrax isn't big on cats?

ROFL....

I have two cats in a 1BR place and used to have 1 cat in a studio. Cats don't take up much space. :)

Yeah, the cats don't.. but their litter boxes do *nod*.

When we move, location for a little box is going to be one of the things on my list of "need to have". Then we'll see.

If we get a cat, it will be 100% indoor except on leash. If we have a backyard and we get a dog, it will be indoor/outdoor.

My preference is for young animals raised together but only because I have run into too many issues with critters that were adopted as adults, especially felines which were born feral.
