it's against the law to talk on cellphones in the w/o a handsfree?
and is that why he pulled u over?

I wish we people would get pulled over for being on their cell phones.
People do the strangest things when... they're not paying attn!!

Hey Eric,

Ya, it's illegal to talk on mobiles while driving, there has been some fatal accidents where the person that died was NOT the person using the mobile..

I do it a bit, but now have a new phone and when i get back from HK will have a bluetooth headset so will never need to use mobile and do the whole right-hand gear change or stuff my phone in my mouth hahaha
