1) Poor Rowan. I love that he's aware of how difficult it is for the servants to know what to call him or which gender to address him as. I like what that says about him and his awareness of what happens around him.
2) I absolutely loved the debate over how to dress. XD
3) I love how happy Amadis is about Rowan being male and how confused about that Rowan is.
4) I like that Rowan does not embrace his femininity. I love that he wants to be seen as handsome instead of pretty and I like that even though Amadis isn't trying to insult him, he is by the idea that he is lithe and woman-like.
5) Totally and utterly looking forward to seeing how this turns into a threesome. ^_____^ <3333
6) Oh! And I totally love Amadis for wanting to thwart his advisers and how he's going about it. XD
I find myself <3 Amadis big time, and I hope he's sincere, and I gotta admit, I just <3 characters with accents...
You know, I'm glad the sense that he does have an accent came through, because that's what I was going for. I didn't want to have to write out an accent (because that can backfire really quickly) but I wanted the way he phrased things to be kind of awkward.
...Although I'm not familiar with the original fairytale so I'm not sure where this is going. I'm expecting an angsty part or a painful bit further on in the story though. It seems like it would be the type.

Those poor servants. I'm amazed they don't stick to Highness, or something that's in English gender non-specific...
