Finally sat down at put in order all the werewolf bits I've written about Jesse and Gene. I also gave it a title. Go me! I'm at 14 pages and over 5,000 words. Still think there might be a few holes in the plot. Here's the story as it stands right now.

The moon had risen just before sunset, which always made werewolves cranky and Jesse in particular. He'd paced the confines of the cabin, working on one thing then another then anothe before setting it aside and doing something else. He also snapped whenever Gene asked him something. Gene was almost use to it by now. It was kind of endearing in it's way ( ... )

first, I thoroughly agree with karinaspellman on the whole bleeding fingers thing. all because I love your work. secondly, I would love to see three things: Gene *and* Jesse's reactions to the first time they have sex when Jesse is a human (the morning after the wedding, maybe?) and I would LOVE to see Gene watching Jesse play with their adopted werewolf puppies. that last one especially, pretty please?

Author's Note: Despite what it seemed like, Jesse and Gene's wedding night was not their first time. It was just their first time having married sex. Which if you ask Jesse, made no difference and if you ask Gene, made all the difference in the world. XDJesse was in Gene's bed. This wasn't that unusual a situation except for one thing. It was not a night around the full moon. Therefore, there was no reason for him to be in Gene's bed ( ... )

I generally do it in drabbles that people request. So all of this has been posted before (usually in the comments). I just skipped around in the timeline so much that I decided it would be easier to understand if I put the scenes in order. Hence, this post.

His mate was crying. He could smell the scent of salt, would be able to taste them if he dared to lick. The werewolf didn't dare. There was blood on his muzzle, bright red matting is fur, and he instinctively knew that getting it on his mate would only upset him more. Instead, the werewolf whined low in his throat. There was nothing he could do to make this better.

The half-wolf, the one who had tried to attack his mate, was still alive. He lay panting on the other side of the clearing. The werewolf could smell his pain. Good. Good. That would teach the half-wolf to attack what was his ( ... )

Oh hey, and I would so love to see how the chibi adoption conversation goes between them too. *snickers*

Also, the hairbrush for his birthday and Jesse's finally figuring out when Gene's birthday is and choosing this as his way to show his affection. XD So perfectly Jesse. ^____^
