Fic - I like slash, m/m, though recently I've been veering away from TV show slash (I'm preferring fics without any relationships of any kind), and am more into bookslash (especially fantasy). Though the exception is the anime show, Gundam Wing, which I'm a big fan of. But I say that isn't slash, because the boys are all gay in the first place, dammit! There's evidence! *cough*
Trans-fic-wise, I like ftm/m stuff. Unfortunately, it seems to be near impossible to get hold of. :( Decent stuff, anyway. The 'girl becomes boy, is disgusted but still masturbates, likes it, wants to fuck her best girlfriend, even though she was previously totally heterosexual' plot got old fast. Why they can't fuck their best boyfriends, I do not know.

As far as fic goes, I'm all about the slash. My fandoms skip around all the time...but I'll read just about anything I'm familliar with. At the moment I'm heavily into Lord of the Rings (yeah, I know, me and about 2 million other slashers) but I'm mostly into the book cannon. I love the rare fandoms and would love to see trans slash written for them!
My question for the moment is just what is considered trans slash? For one, I absolutely love drag. I'm a drag hag. Does that count? Or is it only in certain situations? And, if you write ftm/m is it still slash? Especially if the character is cannoically female.
As for anime...well, I got into slash by way of television, but I enjoy anime as well...I've got a henti thing I won't get into. But, one of my favorite fandoms is Final Fantasy which is usually lumped in with anime (I'm into 8 mostly with some 7 and 10 interest).

As for recs, geeze. Like I said before, what constitutes? Right now my biggest kick is mpreg. For some reason, it just gets me. The thought of having to go through that trying of a situation (As a woman I know we get it bad, but I couldn't imagine being a man in that position) but it really fucks with your gender spectrum.
If you're still interested, and are into the LOTR fandom, there's a great Merry/Pippin fic (in 3 parts) called The Brandybuck Curse. It's funny and sweet and well...it actually adresses the question of just where male and female lay on the hobbity spectrum. :) I love it. In fact, it has actually sparked the beginnings of a similar idea for a Frodo/Sam mpreg that I may or may not get myself into.
It's not a popular kink, but then again neither is trans slash!

I've fallen head over heels into RPS lately...thanks to LOTR RPS, of course. I'm always on the look out for Blink 182 and Sum 41, of course. And may look into Good Charlotte too.
