sorry but how do u use da rect marquee tool?i cant seem 2 b able 2 make a shape.

I use PSE and I set it to rectangle then to 'fixed size' on the scroll, and put in the values [2px and 100px] between them is an arrow that reverses the sizes. Then I magnified it a lot so that I could see the spaces I needed to fill on the new layer. If all else fails, just copy&paste the example :)
