I had a few Pound Puppies from the original toy line in 1986 - my Great Aunt got on line at Bradlees on Black Friday to get several as Christmas presents for myelf, my brother, and my two cousins. This was before she had grandchildren of her own.

I don't have any of them anymore, but I will tell you that I had a large white one, a small matching white one, a knockoff that my dad won in Wildwood, and a Pound Purrie kitty. When my brother was too old for his large brown one and small look-a-like brown puppy, I inherited them (We're twins, but he didnt want them anymore when he was 8 years old, so I inherited them, along with his two Cabbage Patch Dolls).

Hi there! :-)

I still have my Crimp and Curl CPK from 1992, her name is Catherine Rose. Now that is a good memory! My first one (from 1983) was Gayle Ellen. I don't have her or any of the other CPK dolls I received between 1983 and 1990.
