*for mom's day, M made me breakfast and J made me a really cool card. we went to my parents' for dinner, and my brother M and his wife R (who i didn't think were coming) were there, and brought their huge dog, a chocolate lab named Mookie. yeah, those "puppy dog eyes" really are. LOL

I am absolutely loving The Vampire Diaries. Since they took The Gates away from me, it has become my number one vampire soap opera. Woot!

Vampire Diaries is the only vamp show on tv that i watch. it think it's the only vamp show that's not on pay cable, yes?

LOL! There have been many a time where the negative reviews for SPN have been enough to get me down. But I did find some positive ones for this ep so that was good. It's not my favorite of the season, but I didn't dislike it as many seemed to. I thought it gave us a lot of necessary backstory and information on what Cas has been up to.

I've got all the anime episodes downloaded, but so far I've only had time to watch the first episode and the beginning of the second. Everything has been so crazy busy I haven't had the time to watch more! But I am going to make time. *g*

Thanks for the heads up on the release dates for those two SPN novels. I was wondering when the next one was coming out. I thought it was somewhere around this time, but couldn't remember.
