I totally cheered for Dean at "she's not dying today". I know it was an obvious set-up sympathy moment, but sick kiddies are my weakness. GO DEAN!!!

I really enjoyed to see Tessa and Death interacting with Dean.

I enjoyed the whole episode and i am also gald they didn't leave us with a real cligghanger.

Dean cracked me up so much the way he answered the first two guys who died.

This episode was pretty amazing... I am wondering where the next episode is going to start off. Would it be right where this one ended, with Sam getting his soul back and we see the aftermath? Or has some time passed and we'll get an idea of how he's adjusting some other way? If it's the latter I hope they don't just gloss over it. But we'll see what happens. :)
