We've never seen Crowley's demon eyes.
My guess though, is that they'd be red...given that he's "King Of The Crossroads" and all the crossroad demons had red eyes. Heh.

The other demon in the eppy...her eyes were red. I figured they were dark just because the basement was darkly lit.

ahh okies. guess my tv was ultra dark, cause the eyes looked black on my first viewing....

I would guess as head of Demon local X (for crossraod and other deal makeing deomans) he would have red eyes.

Unless

He became head of Demon local x by first being head of Deamon localT (totures) or P (pit guards) first.
