Dean is a fallen angel. and not just ANY angel - Michael.
in "99 Problems" (5x17), only a servant of the Lord could kill the Whore of Babylon. turns out, it was Dean who staked her.
we learned in "On the Head of a Pin" (4x16), that only an angel can kill another angel. and in "Point of No Return (5x18), Dean is able to kill Zachariah.
when two people independently come up with the same idea, i'm thinking there's a lot of merit to it. anyone else?
