There is a commotion of sorts going on further down the peir. Sailors gawk, cargo forgotten, lines neglected as all stare at... something that can not clearly be seen at the moment. Something that no one was apparently expecting to discover tucked away in their hold.
As they come out of the alley, Elizabeth has a whispered word with Tai Huang, arranging for him to stay behind long enough to take note of the cargo on a new arrival, then return to the ship. He nods, a bit distracted, and Elizabeth frowns. Silently, he looks to the small crowd, looks back at her, and melts into a group of rowdy sailors.
Elizabeth and Gibbs hadn't been able to see what was going on from their vantage point.
"Probably a fight," Elizabeth decides, eager to follow the captain.
"Best we not get too close. Such things have a way of spilling over. Though we might wish to seek advantage if it does." Fights are usually go for those who don't get involved with anything but lost coin pouches.

Elizabeth is set to leave it behind when something strikes her as odd.
"They aren't making any noise."
Surely a fight would entail cheering and jeering?
