I always wondered how Mulder is considered a "powerful man".

Maybe he isn't powerful in the literal sense, but he is powerful because he is often so close to grasping the truth? IDK. I'm not sure I get what he really meant there, either.

Maybe he means powerful in a sense that is true for Mulder personally. As in, Mulder has a strong, powerful will, and Scully takes his quest and makes it her own. She feels a powerful connection to him and becomes extremely empathetic. He has this kind of power over her, not in a way that makes her powerless, but in a way that makes her want to follow him anywhere.

But that's just my opinion. ♥

I love this comment because it's so true. FUCK THIS SHOW IS DEEP. She does not allow herself to get close to people, but she would do anything in the world for them.

In my opinion, that makes her the shit.
