School has finally resumed. I think I'll try out for the track team this year. Last year, I didn't have much time to devote to extracurricular activities (for obvious reasons), but now I want to make the most of my public school experience. I'm even receiving casework from my fellow students

I don't think it'll be as bad as it was last year, though. There are still fewer first year students compared to the second and third years combined.

I didn't used to like it before, but now... it's another place where I can socialize with my friends. I've grown much closer to my fellow classmates, so now it's not so incredibly awkward for me to interact with them.

Well, I suppose it depends on the person. Many introverts can derive just as much social interaction from the Internet as an extrovert does from meeting their friends at the mall. In my experience, I've learned to appreciate the face-to-face meetings a lot more than I used to. I suppose it's because I've grown quite close to my friends, some more than others. If I haven't seen Kanji in a while, I get lonely...

Just what it sounds like: I don't want to have to write the same thing over and over again, so I figure just making an official statement saying that you and I are dating should be sufficient to quell any romantic intentions on the part of the student body at large.
