But by the time she arrived in D.C., she was feeling a lot better. It was like coming home. Angela was excited to see everyone, especially Brennan. Seemingly out of the busy rush of the station, she stopped a few inches in front of Angela. For a few moments, Brennan stood their awkwardly - taking in the changed appearance and debating whether a hug would be the appropriate course of action. Ultimately, she settled on a smile before reaching for the overnight bag.
"I should carry that. Danny gave me strict instructions not to let you overexert yourself."
