I like Tennyson's "Crossing the Bar" and Wordsworth's "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud." Other than that I don't know much poetry.
But my favorites are really an epic poem I wrote in high school about Phosphorus (15 stanzas and they all rhymed - boo ya!) and this one:
Roses are red
violets are blue
I'm a schizophrenic
and so am I.
