Bardsmaid

I'm not even sure where to begin, in writing this.

On Monday evening I received some terrible news. Our friend, our fellow X-Phile, our extraordinarily thoughtful and talented writer bardsmaid has passed away

Thank you so much for posting this. It's been a while since I've thought about this community, and tonight I went back and looked at all the old posts. I knew Bardsmaid only from her posts here, but I always looked forward to seeing her name and her writing. She was also always helpful in posting when there was a lull in activity. I became very active in this community but at first I was very nervous to join and participate, and I know it was because of Bardsmaid and other users on here that I felt comfortable. She'll be in my thoughts.

I'm so glad she was able to make you feel comfortable participating! It's funny because I recognize your username and never would have guessed that you had ever been anxious about such a thing -- I remember you fitting in wonderfully well with the discussions and recaps and all that. It was great fun, and I'm glad we had this 'redux.'

It's a sad time; she will definitely be missed.
