It's been months since I've given a good update post. The last time I think I did was right before I went home for Christmas. I was preparing to drive to Missourah via Florida to get the kiddos to go to gramma's house. I'm praying for her, you, and the family.

Also, sorry for the rejections. I understand that feeling. I'm hoping something fantastic will pop up as the most irresistible opportunity and you'll jump at it.

Thanks, Melissa. Allie's going to be fine, we found out today... so there's that. She's going to be fine, and I'm suddenly appreciating life a little more today. =)

Ah, well, rejection's ok. You get used to it after a while.

Sounds like you've had a crazy year so far. I'll keep your niece in my thoughts - I hope they figure out what's going on with her leg soon.

Thank you so much -- the visit to Walter Reed went well and Allison'll be fine. Thank you for your thoughts. Allison is ... she's a great baby. I'm so thankful she's fine. =)

Wow what a year you've had so far!

And I guess the knocking-his-fiancee-up explains Josh's precipitous timing re: his wedding. I'll think hopeful thoughts for them, but I've been down that road.

Well, Josh was planning a wedding in a ooh, maybe we'll wed in March sort of sense back in October, but he & Ruth broke up (and miscarried a baby) between October and December.

I know this has trainwreck written all over it. All I can do is sit back and hope for the best as well. =)
